How is your cost calculated?

All prices listed in our menu are per person 12yrs and older
Children 6-11 Yrs will be charged at half price
Our minimum service is 50 People.
A plate count will be done and overages will be invoiced for after the event.
Delivery charges may be incurred on some orders.
Prices are subject to change based on availability.

Are gratuities included in the price?

A 15% gratuity is added to all contracts based on total cost.

How is the food served?

Food is self served buffet style.
We provide all necessary serving dishes.

Are there other beverages available?

Yes Coffee and Juice are included
Ice Water and/or Tea may be added by request.

Are menu substitutions allowed?

Yes changes can be discussed such as:
Green Salad may be substituted for Caesar Salad.
Marinated Salad may be substituted for Vegetable Tray.
Other changes may be discussed when ordering.

Do you provides plates or cutlery?

We provide disposable plates, cups, glasses, and cutlery.
We provide any necessary condiments.
We also supply serving bowls, serving implements and chafing dishes.
Rental dishes and cutlery can be arranged for an additional charge.
Please let us know if you have made other arrangements for dishes.
